COST
$195.00 for 8 guests, including honored child. Each additional guest is $24.98, up to 16 guests. It is appropriate to add a gratuity for the Princess Hostess who conducts your party.
AGE APPROPRIATE
It is our experience that children over the age of 4 are able to participate in and enjoy planned activities. We ask that children under the age of 4 not be invited to the party.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total when full payment is made. The deposit is due at the time of booking the party. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards for the deposit.
INVITATIONS
Printed invitations are addressed and mailed out for you! We send out the invitations on Tuesday, 10 days prior to the party. Invitations will not be sent out without a signed contract. The client is responsible for providing an invitation list with complete addresses preferably by email: owners@lexingtonteahouse.com.
RSVP POLICY
The client is responsible for RSVP’s. Your name and phone number are included on the invitation. The client is responsible for calling or emailing Lexington Tea House two days before the tea party and giving the names of who will be attending. Having the names of the guests will enable us to have the tables set with place cards. The final invoice will be based on that count over minimum. Due to the initial up-front cost of setting up a party, if a guest is included in the count and does not attend we cannot provide a credit or a refund.
CELEBRATION TIMES
Princess Dress-Up Tea Parties will be available by reservation after 3:00 pm on the selected date. The party time frame is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Costumes and Activities
COSTUMES
A dressing room (the parlor) with a large mirror will be provided. The girls will select from a variety of princess dresses. A large selection of boas, tiaras, princess slippers, and jewelry will enhance each child’s lovely princess dress.
ACTIVITIES
The following are some of the activities we provide for your child at Lexington Tea House:
*Dress up time—Selecting their Princess dress, princess heels, tiara, boa, and jewelry.
*Etiquette instruction and age-appropriate prizes for answering questions
*Princess story time
*Tea Time with Tea Fare Luncheon
*3-D Tea Pot Cake
*Age appropriate craft and, if time allows, a Princess game
*Princess Parade—Every Princess must have a parade!
* Photo Time. The lovely Victorian house provides the perfect background for your photos.
Please feel free to video tape and take pictures during the party. You wouldn’t want to miss an opportunity like this!

*Adult size tea cups and saucers and luncheon plates
*Lovely centerpieces
*Place cards
*Flatware (not plastic ware)
*Exquisitely set tables with table linens
*Birthday girl is given a bell to ring for service.
TEA TIME
*Shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwich
*Fresh Fruit

*Birthday Tea Pot Cake (3 dimensional) 
Complimentary tea is provided for parents of tea party guests. A parent platter can be provided for an additional charge.
PARTY FAVORS
Each party includes 3 Party Favors for each child. The favors are
1.A prize from the prize basket after answering etiquette questions or tea party game
2.Princess Craft
3.A special tea party keepsake (Miniature tea set)

Compliment your party with a Princess balloon bouquet. Each child receives a Mylar Princess balloon and the birthday girl receives a Happy Birthday Princess balloon bouquet.
